Visitor Advisor

c £12,000 p.a. + benefits

We are looking for a visitor advisor to join our award winning tourism Visitor Information Centre team and to work within an enquiry, sales and retail environment in the centre of Leicester.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to meet and exceed visitor expectations and standards. A customer service background is essential along with comprehensive Leicestershire tourism knowledge.
